What a system prompt cannot carry
Anyone who types “you are a senior product lead” is guessing at someone like you. Your model holds what they are guessing at: the decisions you make every week, and the ones where you broke from the obvious. When you update it, every connected AI reads the new version the next time it asks.
What it adds to a document
Your decisions, with the reasons you gave and what else was in play. The reader’s own AI applies that to situations you never saw.
What it takes
You run it from the AI you already use, the one that can see your work, and avva never gets a copy of your files.
A full sweep of years of history can take an hour or more and a noticeable share of your plan’s usage. Your assistant stops for you four times. It asks what is off limits before it reads anything, then checks in when the search is done, at the approval sheet, and at the finished draft. It may stop once more if it needs you while it builds, and your app may ask you to allow a tool.

It writes up how you work from your own decisions, then works out what each one turned on, where you stop, and what changes your answer. It checks the draft against your decisions before you see it.
Hear it back, then publish
Your AI reads the finished model back to you and applies your corrections. You sign in only when you publish, to own it. It’s private by default, and you choose when it gets a public page.

- Only what you approved is built onThat text passes through us just long enough to build the model, and is not kept.
- Your AI reads the model backBefore anything publishes, it reads you the finished model and applies your corrections. A change of mind later is a rebuild from your saved file, not an edit on the site.
- The sources stay outWe store the finished model, including your cases (the situation, what you decided, your reason) as you approved them. Your documents and threads never reach us, and we keep no copy of the approved file.
Our automatic checks catch things like emails, phone numbers, keys and CONFIDENTIAL stamps. They can’t tell what your NDA covers or catch everything, so the final review is yours. Your AI saves the approved list on your side, in a file named for the model, such as avva-decisions-b2b-pricing.json. Keep it: it’s the only copy, and you need it to rebuild. Who can open it, and what they see
You choose when you publish, and you can change it any time. We check it on every request.
Private
To you alone. No public page, no listing, and only your own key opens it.
Your company
Invited colleagues only. Never in the marketplace or in search. To anyone outside, it looks like a model that does not exist.
Marketplace
A public page and a link anyone can add to their AI. Or unlisted, so only people with the link can find it.
- On the page: who you are, what you cover, a sample of your decisions, how many approved decisions the model rests on and the kinds of source they came from. Never the sources themselves.
- In their AI: the model and instructions for applying it. It never answers as you, and nobody is notified or on call.
- Change it: update, unpublish or delete on the same page, whenever you change your mind.
- See whether it was used: requests, separate sources, active days, all in your dashboard and nowhere else. No usage number about your model is public.
Anyone with access can read your decisions in full, though never as a file, and what their AI has read can’t be taken back. Our terms forbid reselling a model, and you can unpublish yours in one click. A competitor can get the usual rules of your field from your job title, but not the decisions you made or why.
Where it reaches people
Add your Decision Model to your site. Visitors can see what it covers and try it in their own AI before they book you.
- Send the link. One address that people can read and their AI can use.
- Get hired directly. Add a consultation link and your page offers it as a second action. Nothing is shown until you set one.
What it costs, and what comes later
Free during beta, with no card, and no account until you publish. Building the model runs on the AI subscription you already pay for, and avva adds no AI of its own.
Soon Earn from it when paid access opens. You decide whether your model is ever paid.
