Turn your judgment into a product AI agents can use

Build a Decision Model from decisions you have already made. Keep it private, share it with your company, or publish it for clients — and their AI works to your standards without you in the room.

  • You don’t write ityour own assistant drafts it from past work
  • Your material never reaches avvaonly the decisions you approved, sterilized
  • You choose who can open itprivate, your company, or the marketplace
Your pageTheir AIYour own siteConsulted
One public page, a connection any AI tool can read, a card for your own site, and a count of how often your model was actually consulted. The consultation link is yours to add, and appears only if you do.

Free during beta. Built with the AI assistant you already use — avva runs no AI of its own.

What you are making

Not a résumé, not a course, and not a clone of you. What publishes is a structure fitted from your past decisions: how you weigh a trade-off, what you check first, and where you stop.

  1. Real workthe decisions already sitting in your documents, chats, tickets and reviews
  2. Approved decisionsthe ones you chose, sterilized and read back to you before anything is sent
  3. Your Decision Modelfitted from those: what you weigh, where you stop, which way you go
  4. Your clients’ AIreads it before it advises them, and says where you had no position

Better than a prompt or a persona

Someone writing “act like a senior product lead” gets the average of the internet in a costume. Your model carries the calls you actually made, including the ones where you departed from the obvious answer — which is the only place the advice can differ.

Better than a knowledge base

A document says what you know. This says how you decide: what you weigh first, what you refuse, and which way you go when two good goals collide — applied to a situation you never saw, by the reader’s own AI.

What it takes

You run it from the AI assistant that already has your work history. avva never gets a workspace dump.

01

Connect Studio to your assistant

One link. It searches what you have already connected — chats, documents, boards, tickets, reviews — for decisions you made and the reasons you gave.

02

Approve a titles-only list

You see candidate decisions as titles first and cut anything private, client-owned, or under NDA. Nothing reaches avva until you say so.

03

Your assistant builds the model

It works out what each call turned on, where you stop, and when your usual answer flips — then checks its own draft against your decisions before you see it.

04

Skim, confirm, publish

You read the finished model rather than the raw stories, and sign in only at the moment you publish, to own it.

The publish floor is 6 distinct approved decisions; more decisions, from more kinds of source, earn a higher coverage label.

What moves, and what we keep

The honest version

avva never receives your raw source material.

  1. 1 · Your AI reads your sourcesIn place, inside the assistant you already gave those tools to. Nothing is sent anywhere to be searched.
  2. 2 · You strike what is private firstCandidates arrive as titles and dates, before any text moves. You cut anything personal, client-owned, under NDA or unreleased.
  3. 3 · Identifying detail is strippedClient and employer names, people, ticket ids, repository names and deal-identifying amounts come out. The shape of the situation stays.
  4. 4 · You read every decision backSterilized, in Studio, where you can rewrite, cut or correct each one — and the finished model before you publish it.
  5. 5 · Only what you approved is built onThat text passes through long enough to fit the model and is not retained.
  6. 6 · The sources stay outWe store the finished model. Not your documents, not the stories behind the decisions, not the raw set.

Automated checks catch markings and values, not the meaning of an NDA — confidentiality review is yours, and the publish screen says so. We do not claim perfect automatic anonymization, because nobody can. Your assistant saves the approved set on your side, named for the model — avva-decisions-b2b-pricing.json, so a second model cannot write over the first. It is the rebuild copy, and the only one that exists. Full detail in the Privacy Center.

Who can open it, and what they see

Chosen at publish, changed whenever you like. Each one is enforced by the wire, not by a listing preference.

Private

To you alone. No public page, no listing, and only your own key opens it.

Your company

Invited colleagues only. Never in the public catalog or in search; to anyone outside it answers exactly as a model that does not exist.

Marketplace

A public page and a link anyone can connect to — or unlisted: same page, same connector, reachable by the link alone.

You see titles firstWhat publishesstrike anything privateyour model · your name
Your own assistant does the reading, on your machine and your account. It shows you titles first and you strike anything private before a line of text is submitted. avva stores the finished model, never the decisions it came from.
  • On the page: who you are, what you cover, and behind a disclosure how much approved material the model rests on. Not your sources.
  • In their AI: the model and a procedure for applying it. It never answers as you, and nobody is notified or on call.
  • Update, unpublish, delete, onto the same page, whenever your judgment changes.
  • See whether it was used: calls, separate sources, active days — in your dashboard and nowhere else. No number about your model is public.

Where it reaches people

Add your Decision Model to your site. Visitors can see what it covers and try it in their own AI before they book you.

The card

Your photo, your name, what the model covers and how much it rests on — with one button into your page, where a visitor connects their own AI. Copy the snippet from your dashboard: one line, nothing to install.

It does not answer questions where it sits. No one’s AI runs on our budget, which is the same reason your clients’ own AI does the reasoning.

  • Send the link. One address, readable by people and callable by agents.
  • Take the work yourself. Add a consultation link and your page offers it as a second action. Nothing is shown until you set one.

What it costs, and what comes later

Free during beta: no card, no account until you publish. The extraction runs on the AI subscription you already pay for, and avva adds no model of its own in the middle.

Soon Earn from it when paid access opens — and it stays your call whether your model is ever paid.

Buying rather than publishing? Read that half.
